How Long Will Botox ® Results Last?

Botox® typically lasts 3-4 months for 1st-time clients (but can vary)
Maintenance treatments may increase the result period, with results lasting 6-9 months, as the muscle adapts to the toxin
Influencing factors include treatment area and dosage, condition of the skin, overall health, natural metabolism, facial care routine - including moisturizer, hydration, age (older skin has increased loss of collagen and reduced elasticity), consistency of maintenance treatments, proper aftercare, and lifestyle (stress level, exercise and strenuous activity, smoking, etc.)

What are the Differences Between Botox® & Jeuveau?

BOTOX® was developed by Ophthalmologist Alan Scott, produced by Allergan, and manufactured in Ireland, while Jeuveau was developed by the California-based company, Evolus, and produced and manufactured in South Korea.
Different formulations of the botulinum toxin: BOTOX® uses onabotulinumtoxinA, whereas Jeuveau contains prabotulinumtoxinA (a purified form of botulinum toxin type A).
BOTOX® is FDA-approved for a variety of medical conditions, including treating migraines and eyelid spasms, in addition to its aesthetic applications for wrinkles. In contrast, Jeuveau is specifically approved for aesthetic use, focusing on reducing the appearance of dynamic wrinkles.
BOTOX® can be used to treat a variety of facial wrinkles, including crow's feet and forehead lines. On the other hand, Jeuveau's primary focus is on treating frown lines between the eyebrows.
BOTOX® results usually appear within 4 to 5 days. Jeuveau results typically become visible within 2-3 days due to its smaller proteins.
